ph3Job Description /h3pbWork location: /bPiossasco (TO) /ph3How will you make a difference? /h3pAs a bSourcing Performance Analyst /b, you will help sourcing teams succeed by providing accurate analysis, driving digitalization initiatives, and transforming data into meaningful actions that improve business results. /ph3What will your typical day look like? /h3h3Tools Management /h3ulliManage the inventory of tools in collaboration with the Functional Excellence team /liliAct as the Project Leader (Deployment, enhancement, and training) for Digitalization initiatives roadmap /liliOrganize and maintain sourcing databases /liliBuild maintain dashboards as a ready reckoner for the sourcing organization /liliSynthetize analysis outcomes into key business insights and support data-driven purchasing decisions /li /ulh3Process Performance Management /h3ulliGuarantee that the rules defined by Corporate Finance are applied to Sourcing report /liliIn the context of transformation, update, manage all the Corporate Business official Standards /liliTrack and monitoring by Site / Product Lines, the Commodities Performance, Supplier Performance and Efficiency of Sourcing Processes and Initiatives /liliReport Deviations vs Budget and obtain recovery/mitigation plans /liliPlay an active role in helping the sourcing teams to meet the targets /liliSupport in deployment and implementation through audits, best practices exchange /li /ulh3What do we want to know from you? /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Finance/ Economics/ Engineering/ Sourcing Management - or equivalent professional experience /lili+5 years experience in Sourcing, Finance or Supply Chain in industrial manufacturing companies (matrix environment with cross functional team collaboration is considered a plus) /liliFull professional proficiency in English (another European language is considered a plus) /liliGood proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI (knowledge of tools such as: Zycus, Risk methods, HICX, COUPA is considered a plus) /liliBasic Financial knowledge /liliAnalytical, problem solver and solution oriented /liliProactive, self-starter, open minded and flexible /liliStakeholder management and interpersonal communication /liliAvailability to travel in Europe up to 15% of time /li /ulh3What do we offer? /h3ulliPermanent full-time contract, CCNL Metalmeccanico /liliBudget: 35,800 - 47,500€ /liliSmart working: 2 days per week /liliTraining and professional development opportunities /liliBenefits, including: flexible hours, canteen, welfare platform, accident insurance, tax assistance, and electric car charging /li /ulpLa ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.
