Mission Collaborates with the Inbound Supply Chain to define the timing of spare parts procurement. Sends order confirmations to customers by interacting with the sales team to acquire relevant information regarding orders.
Collaborates constantly with the spare parts department manager to prepare them. Unlocks the order lines and, after having processed the packing list and proforma invoice, sends them to the customer, collaborating with the outbound logistics for delivery planning.
Responsible for processing and analyzing the statistics and KPIs of spare parts in collaboration with the Service. Collaborates with the Service for the definition and updating of data on the stocks of materials for spare parts to be kept in the warehouse.
