At Johnson knowledge of other methologies is a plus. Experience And Functional Competencies Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects or programs with multiple interdependent workstreams in a regional or global matrix environment.
This role requires an experienced program leader rather than an entry-level project/program manager. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, project management, or transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive engagement across functions and seniority levels. Experience managing complex project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance activities in environments with multiple priorities and interdependent workstreams.
Experience driving or coordinating operational transitions, network changes, site implementations, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Understanding of supply chain and distribution operations, including warehouse and transportation processes.
Ability to work in a matrix organization: strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, IT, Procurement, and external partners. Proficiency with project planning, reporting, and collaboration tools used to manage timelines, risks, actions, and governance updates.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge the status quo constructively, and drive continuous improvement. Must be self-directed and accountable with proven ability to work well under pressure, rapidly react and adjust to new evolving business environments and priority adjustments.
The ability to toggle between big picture and attention to detail required. Experience in MedTech is a plus. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
