Per il seguente ruolo potrebbero essere richieste diverse soft skill ed esperienze. As Static Equipment Lead Engineer, you will be part of the ENCAR Business line. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all engineering activities related to static equipment within the assigned project, ensuring full compliance with technical requirements, project management guidelines, budget constraints, schedule targets, and quality standards.
Act as the discipline focal point within the project task force. PLANNING Operating Phases Verify the EMH project budget and confirm alignment with project targets. Identify contractual criticalities and define the complete scope of engineering activities.
Prepare the discipline deliverable list and map the required engineering resources. Detect potential schedule issues, assess workload distribution, and plan resource allocation according to the execution strategy. Evaluate the need for support from other engineering centers or external specialist companies.
