Strategic Client Relations Leader

NEST, a pioneer in the Integrated Facilities Management industry, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to own a dedicated book of business from end to end. You’ll build strong client relationships, lead meetings, review performance, and coordinate with Operations and ISP partners to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.

You’ll mentor junior team members and collaborate with Sales on growth opportunities while traveling up to 10% as needed.
