pLes Colettes in Italy seeks a Demand Planning professional to drive rolling forecasts, improve forecast accuracy, and support the Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Production Planning, Customer Service, and external suppliers to ensure an efficient and responsive supply chain. /ppYou will develop monthly rolling forecasts at SKU and customer level, lead forecast review meetings, monitor promotions, and analyze forecast performance. /p
