COMSIP FRANCE seeks an experienced Pipeline Project Manager to lead the Pipe laying package across Europe and Argentina, overseeing offshore and onshore activities, detailed engineering, and offshore installation. You will manage a 6-person team, coordinate with an international contractor, and report to the Project Manager to ensure on-time delivery within budget. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
