Responsibilities Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities Coordinate maintenance team and contractors Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs) Manage maintenance budget and spare parts Requirements Technical diploma or degree 5+ years in industrial maintenance Team management experience Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Reporting line Plant Manager / Operations Manager Compensation The base salary range for this role is €39.132 - €53.807.
The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
