Our consultants from engineering, IT & Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions, bring and develop their skills and know-how on a daily basis on projects that are as diverse as they are enriching!MISSION:As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.
What is the challenge?ACTIVITY:Responsible for PFMEA: participate in prototyping and production flow improvement, in design validation and product validation testingParticipation in the definition of Quality targetsAnalyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier quality issuesResponsible for PPAP validationResponsible for writing the inspection report, QCQPROFILE:The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar roleREQUIREMENTS:Good knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA methodologyAutomotive backgroundKnowledge of PPAP, APQP, ANPQP, SQA validationEnglish and Italian are mandatoryWE OFFER:Permanent contractExpected RAL: 30-40k€Supplementary health care assistance "Fondo Est"Free access to +500 gyms throughout ItalyPeriodic follow up with Business ManagersBeyond your technical knowledge, it is really your personality that will make the difference!
