Job Purpose As part of the Corporate Supply Chain Team, with a privileged perspective on end-to-end Recordati global Supply Chain processes, projects and challenges, the SC Operational Excellence Lead plays a pivotal role by contributing concretely – analytically, methodologically, through governance facilitation – to all the initiatives linked to the ambitious Supply Chain improvement roadmap, across all sub-areas (e.g., S by acting as a time‑keeper in the budgeting process; by supporting the Supply Chain Leadership Team as additional interface towards Finance) Supply Chain reference for project management (both in pure Supply Chain and cross‑functional projects) and governance facilitation S by pushing for standardization of S and Powerpoint – ability to build solid storylines as well as consistent quali/quantitative contents, also for executive interlocutors) Knowledge of SAP IBP and/or other Supply Chain‑related tools (e.g., forecasting tools, others) represents a plus Required Behaviours and Competencies Ability to think beyond functional silos, combining a holistic Supply Chain perspective with the ability to balance operational execution and medium‑to‑long‑term strategic objectives Continuous improvement mindset, proactively identifying opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate waste and drive sustainable performance improvements Ability to leverage analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making to identify root causes, prioritize actions and measure business impact Ability to influence stakeholders effectively across functions and organizational levels, building alignment without relying on formal authority Ownership and accountability for delivering results, maintaining focus on execution while balancing operational priorities and long‑term improvements Strong organizational and prioritization skills, coordinating multiple initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of objectives (formal project management experience is an advantage) Reliability as a role model for Operational Excellence principles, supporting capability building, knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization Experience in complex organizations in an international environment is an advantage Salary Gross Annual Salary starting from: 60.000€ Please note: The salary indicated in this posting complies with local pay transparency regulations for Italian employment contracts.
