Support Assembly Operator

To strengthen the production department, we are looking for a candidate to join as a Support Assembly Operator, working on mechanical supports used in agricultural, industrial, and lifting machinery. The role will be bench-based and will involve assembling support feet, stabilisers, and mechanical components, ensuring precision, reliability, and final product quality in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities Assembling and fitting supports and mechanical units at the workbench Preparing components (inspection, positioning, fitting, and fastening) Using hand tools and bench equipment Carrying out visual and dimensional checks on assembled products Supporting finishing and final assembly activities Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards Requirements Good manual skills and some experience, even limited, in mechanical assembly Basic ability to read mechanical drawings (preferred) Attention to detail and precision in manual work Interest in the mechanical sector and products for industrial and agricultural machinery Technical diploma or qualification is a plus but not essential Soft Skills Reliability and sense of responsibility Adaptability and problem-solving skills Contract Type Fixed-term or permanent contract (depending on the candidate’s profile) Collective Agreement and Salary Metalworking Industry Collective Agreement Indicative salary: approximately €30,000 gross per year, depending on experience Beyond motion and lifting Since 1972, we have been designing and producing customised mechanical and hydraulic components for industrial machinery and agricultural equipment.
