Then join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d). /p pYour main tasks /p ul liEnd-to-end ownership of the recruiting process and responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience — from needs clarification and active sourcing through to contract signing /li liClose collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies /li liActive candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals) /li liConducting interviews (phone, virtual, and inperson) and performing structured candidate assessments /li liSupporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events /li liCoordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees /li liOwnership and coordination of cross‑functional HR and recruiting projects /li liSupporting the implementation of IT projects within the HR / recruiting environment /li liAnalysis and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and tools /li /ul pYour profile /p ul liCompleted degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification /li liProfessional experience in HR / recruiting /li liExperience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable /li liStrong communication skills, discretion, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new things and actively shaping processes /li liVery good command of German, Italian, and English /li liWillingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl /li /ul pWe offer /p ul liAn international company that cares about people and the planet /li liAn exciting and varied role with learning opportunities and close collaboration with the business /li liA strong team and a warm, open company culture /li liFreedom to actively contribute ideas and shape processes /li liA comprehensive onboarding program and attractive training and development opportunities at the Loacker Academy /li /ul pIn accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year.
