Technical Implementation Manager

Lead end-to-end delivery of client fit-out projects across hyperscale Data Center environments in the EMEA region Provide leadership and strategic direction across Telecom, Data Hall, Ancillary, and Security fit-out projects Ensure safe and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle Act as the primary client and main technical interface Coordinate internal teams, implementation engineers, construction partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders Manage project milestones, schedule, cost, quality, risk, commissioning, technical acceptance, and handover Oversee client-specific telecom, security, office, storage, and white space fit-out works Manage NRC scope, budgeting, forecasting, and tracking Coordinate teams across Design, Construction, Operations, Security, Networking, and Commercial Manage Telecom and Security Technical Implementation Engineers in Italy Oversee projects outside Italy, primarily in Switzerland, with availability for short-notice business travel Contribute to defining and implementing standardised delivery processes across EMEA Requirements Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience Experience managing client fit-out or technical implementation projects in Data Center, Telecom, or hyperscale environments Strong project management skills, including schedule, risk, cost, and stakeholder management Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams Good understanding of Data Center infrastructure, telecom systems, physical security solutions, and white space deployments Experience managing NRC budgets and forecastingStrong client-facing, organisational, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with hyperscaler standards, safety requirements, and commissioning/acceptance processes Fluent in Italian and English PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing client fit-out projects within hyperscale Data Center environments, with a strong focus on project management, stakeholder coordination, and technical implementation.
