Azienda Our client is specialized manufacturer of sealing products and solutions, focused on delivering high-quality sealing components while driving operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in production.
Offerta Technical Leadership & Strategy Define the company's technical roadmap and manufacturing capabilities. Act as the highest technical authority for products, materials and manufacturing processes. Lead technical decision-making for complex production and customer issues.
Drive continuous improvement of technical standards and manufacturing excellence. Product, Materials & Customer Applications Review customer applications and recommend appropriate sealing solutions. Define material selection (including material surface coating) and support compound development.
Lead technical discussions with customers on new applications. Support RFQs by validating technical feasibility and manufacturing approach. Manufacturing Technology & Industrialization Define the optimal manufacturing process (compression, transfer, injection molding, etc.) for new products.
Lead the introduction of new production technologies, equipment and manufacturing methods (recommend best technol ogy, support in machine installation and setup). Develop process standards and ensure successful industrialization of new products.
Ensure effective technology transfer from equipment suppliers and Group experts to the local organization. Competenze ed esperienza Bachelor degree in mechanical or material engineering or equivalent 5 to 10 years significant experience in Rubber envinronment Knowledge on rubber production Knowledge on sealing applications, Strong technical problem solving skills Project Management experience CAD/ Autocad experience Knowledge of IT-Tools (MS Office, Sales Tools) Relocate to work in Vietnam Completa l'offerta Attractive salary package Performance bonus Relocation support Opportunity to grow within the group/other sites
