Responsibilities
/h3 ulliProvide Level 2 technical support for detection and control systems to customers, partners, and internal teams. /liliSupport sales activities with technical expertise, solution design, and product recommendations. /liliDeliver product demonstrations and technical training to customers and colleagues. /liliAssist consultants, integrators, and end users in selecting and specifying appropriate solutions /liliGather market and customer feedback to support product enhancements and future developments. /liliContribute to certification, compliance, and local approval activities where required. /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ulliStrong technical knowledge ofb fire detection, alarm, or control systems. /b /liliExperience in technical support, product training, or application engineering. /liliExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. /liliFluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage. /liliSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in an international environment. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ulliApproximately 15-20% travel across Europe. /liliOpportunity to join a stable and growing international organization. /liliCompetitive compensation package and career development opportunities. /li /ul /p
