Overview In this role you lead the total solution design for clients, diagnosing well/reservoir and production challenges, shaping solution design and delivery methods, and steering project success. You coordinate across PSL teams, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical SME for business development.

You work directly with clients to ensure outcomes align with policy, process, and requirements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering leadership position within a global energy services leader. Responsabilità Lead total solution design for client projects including diagnosis of production problems Plan, organize, and control projects per company policies and requirements Maintain day-to-day client communication and ensure alignment with stakeholders Mentor junior engineers and review solution designs Supervise project personnel and contribute to team success Collaborate cross-functionally with PSL project teams; serve as Technical SME for business development Requisiti fondamentali STEM degree required 4+ years of service line experience including Hydraulic Workover Industry knowledge preferred Bachelor/Undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering and reservoir analysis experience preferred excellent communication with clients mentorship and coaching cross-functional collaboration Hydraulic Workover Production Engineering Reservoir Analysis
