Overview

In this role you lead the total solution design for clients, diagnosing well/reservoir and production challenges, shaping solution design and delivery methods, and steering project success. You coordinate across PSL teams, mentor junior engineers, and act as a technical SME for business development. You work directly with clients to ensure outcomes align with policy, process, and requirements. This is a hands-on, cross-functional engineering leadership position within a global energy services leader.

Responsabilità

• Lead total solution design for client projects including diagnosis of production problems
• Plan, organize, and control projects per company policies and requirements
• Maintain day-to-day client communication and ensure alignment with stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and review solution designs
• Supervise project personnel and contribute to team success
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PSL project teams; serve as Technical SME for business development

Requisiti fondamentali

• STEM degree required
• 4+ years of service line experience including Hydraulic Workover
• Industry knowledge preferred
• Bachelor/Undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering and reservoir analysis experience preferred
