Technical Support Engineer – Italy Location: Italy (Remote) Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: Entry-level / Early Career About the Role HYXi is looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to support our growing business in Italy.
This position is open to recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about renewable energy and want to develop their expertise in solar and energy storage technologies. You will provide technical support for HYXi’s product portfolio, including microinverters, balcony energy storage systems, residential energy storage systems, and commercial graduates from Politecnico di Milano or other relevant technical universities are particularly encouraged.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese. Professional proficiency in Italian, with the ability to use Italian as a working language. Working proficiency in English is preferred. Basic understanding of photovoltaic systems, power electronics, batteries, inverters, or energy storage systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop in the solar and energy storage industry. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams.
