Nordson Precision Agriculture in Rubiera, Italy, is seeking a Testing Manager to lead the newly created testing and validation organisation. You will unite software, hardware, system, field and certification testing under a single vision, shaping how products are validated and released.
You will develop people, drive transformation, and partner with R&D, regulatory, and global teams to accelerate product development and implement structured testing methodologies across the organization.
