RICS / MRICS or equivalent) is a strong plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, tendering and cost management within Building Construction and fit-out for tertiary and commercial real estate (offices, hotels, retail, logistics), including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or team management capacity.
MEP cost management experience is a plus. Proven track record managing procurement and cost management across multiple concurrent projects or a regional portfolio, ideally with exposure to EMEA markets. Fluent English (C1 or higher) required given the EMEA scope of the role; Italian fluency required; additional European languages are a plus.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally. Structured, analytical and reliable, with the ability to set priorities, delegate effectively and lead a team under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
Proficiency with cost management and estimating tools (e.g. CostX, cost planning software) and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Esperienza minima di 10 anni in procurement, gare d'appalto e cost management nell'ambito di costruzioni e fit-out per immobili terziari e commerciali (uffici, hotel, retail, logistica), inclusi almeno 3–5 anni in ruolo di leadership o gestione di team.
Esperienza in cost management per impianti MEP costituisce un plus. Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di procurement e cost management su progetti multipli in parallelo o su un portfolio regionale, idealmente con esposizione ai mercati EMEA.
Inglese fluente (C1 o superiore) richiesto dato l'ambito EMEA del ruolo; italiano fluente richiesto; altre lingue europee costituiscono un plus. Forte capacità commerciale e di negoziazione, con abilità di influenzare stakeholder senior interni ed esterni.
Persona strutturata, analitica e affidabile, con capacità di stabilire priorità, delegare efficacemente e guidare un team sotto pressione per raggiungere obiettivi e rispettare scadenze. Padronanza di strumenti di cost management e stima (es.
CostX, software di pianificazione dei costi) e solide competenze in Excel e analisi dati.
