Key job responsibilitiesSocial Media PlanningCraft and implement local data-driven social media strategies aligned with global campaign objectivesDevelop innovative digital storytelling and creative concepts with strong cultural relevanceDesign comprehensive editorial calendars and amplification strategies for theatrical events in Italy.
Monitor and leverage emerging trends and consumer behavioursCoordinate with Marketing and PR teams to maximize campaign impactContent Strategy & ProductionLead end-to-end local content marketing strategy development and implementationOversee production of local content, including briefing, editing, and quality controlManage production schedules and ensure alignment with local marketing campaignsDrive innovation in content formats and platform utilizationAnalyze performance metrics and optimize local content marketing strategies accordinglyMaintain vendor relationships (agencies, freelancers, contributors)Talent & Influencer CollaborationsBuild and manage a network of content marketing creatorsNegotiate and execute creator collaborations for local marketing campaignsTrack and analyze creator performance metricsBasic QualificationsProven theatrical marketing experience within the industryDemonstrated success in marketing/social media roles at global media companiesIn-depth knowledge of Italian media landscape and cultural trendsStrong data analysis and performance optimization skillsExcellence in cross-functional team collaborationOutstanding communication and organizational abilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projectsTrack record of working with filmmakers, talent, and influencersComprehensive understanding of theatrical marketing and digital platformsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldFluency in English and ItalianAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
