Track Performance Engineer

The Role As a Track Performance Engineer, you will join the Vehicle Dynamics 2‑4 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive and/or motorsport sectors; Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Motec, PI Toolbox, Windarab); Good knowledge of Matlab or Python; Good knowledge of English (minimum level B2); Good knowledge of sensor systems and datalogging; Preferred knowledge of multibody software (e.g., Dymola, Adams/Car, Simpack); High motivation and commitment with an innovative mindset; Initiative, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills; Positive and optimistic attitude; Passion for motorsport and automotive; Flexibility to travel frequently abroad when required; Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
