Your unique talents will help shape the future of healthcare while building a career grounded in purpose, growth, and impact.# A Day in the Life The Educational Manager is responsible for defining and executing the regional Training experience with relevant product portfolios is an advantage.* Proven ability to design and implement structured educational pathways and competency-based learning solutions.* Availability to travel all across Western Europe for at least a 50% of working time.* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix environment.* Experience working with faculty, key opinion leaders, training centers, and hospital stakeholders, with a solid understanding of compliance and governance requirements.* Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into practical, high-quality execution.
