Transport Carrier Coordinator

Overview

In this role, you will manage relationships with carriers and service providers, developing and maintaining contracts and performance reviews. You will support sourcing, tendering, and supplier evaluation to back strategic decisions, while monitoring service levels and cost efficiency. You will drive process improvements in transportation operations and ensure compliance across systems. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement new carriers and logistics solutions, shaping transportation performance for the group.

Responsabilità

• Manage relationships with carriers and transport providers; maintain contracts and documentation through reviews and daily operations
• Support worldwide transportation sourcing, tendering, and supplier evaluation activities to inform strategic decisions
• Coordinate periodic business reviews with providers; monitor service levels, performance and cost efficiency; define improvement plans
• Manage administrative processes related to transportation cost accruals, invoice verification, and contract management via TMS and other systems
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure compliance with commercial agreements and objectives
• Analyze transportation data; prepare reports and insights for management decisions
• Support compliance activities related to Loss Prevention, Sustainability and Business Continuity
• Contribute to implementing new carriers, services, and operational solutions with cross-functional stakeholders

Requisiti fondamentali

• Degree in related fields
• 5-8 years in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain environments
• Experience managing carriers in international/structured organizations
• Experience in transportation performance and cost management, KPI analysis and financial control
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; advanced Excel; experience with TMS and ERP systems
• Analytical and data-driven
