About the Role Sun Chemical is seeking an experienced Transportation Logistics Manager to drive freight and distribution excellence across the EMEA region. This strategic role combines regional leadership with hands-on operational expertise, shaping logistics strategies that balance cost optimization, service excellence, and sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to global and regional stakeholders, leading network transformation and delivering measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute regional logistics and distribution strategies aligned with global governance and business priorities Cost identify optimization opportunities Network Optimization: Lead continuous improvement projects across freight, distribution, and logistics networks to enhance efficiency and service levels Partner Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with 3PL/4PL providers, including performance management, KPI delivery, and contract negotiations Process Excellence: Design and maintain logistics operating models, processes, SOPs, and standards including freight audit/pay and master data management Systems Enablement: Support ERP, TMS, and related system development and standardization initiatives Compliance
