In this role you will be responsible for executing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding successful hires. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners. RECRUITMENT PROCESS however, we strongly recommend completing it, as it's a great way to better understand your own strengths and potential!

In line with pay transparency regulations (Legislative Decree 96/2026), the minimum fixed salary for this role is the contractual minimum set by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (Federmeccanica/Assistal) for classification level C3.
We specify that the above mentioned level is a minimum threshold and does not correspond to the overall compensation package, which is determined by objective, measurable and gender-neutral criteria, being significantly higher than the contractual minimum indicated.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment Fluency in both Italian and English Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple, dynamic priorities and tight deadlines.
Goal-oriented and open-minded, with a proactive and \"can do\" attitude to work. Demonstrate accountability and commitment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
