Job Description HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver – Crick, Northamptonshire - REGULAR LONG TERM WORK – TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES - GOOD RATES OF PAY People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, regular work, and genuine opportunities for progression. This particular role would suit applicants looking for a role as a Truck Driver, Category C1 Driver, 7.5 Tonne or HGV Driver Shifts: • Working 5–6 shifts between Monday – Saturday • 06:00 starts Rates of Pay: £15.00 per hour

- Two-person 7.5 Tonne home delivery work
- Completing 15–20 drops per day depending on area and distance
- Unloading goods with handball involved
- Heavy lifting due to the nature of the role Essential Skills As a HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will need:
- Valid UK Category C1 licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
- Valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC) and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous commercial driving experience
- Reasonably physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Previous home delivery experience Desirable Experience
- Previous 7.5 Tonne multi-drop experience Training:
- Client assessment completed on first shift
