HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver – Tamworth People Solutions are currently recruiting for HGV 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join our well-established client based in Tamworth . This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, day and night shifts, weekly pay, immediate starts and ongoing work, with no heavy lifting involved. £15.00–£16.15 Per Hour | Day and Night Shifts | Weekly Pay | No Heavy Lifting | Immediate Starts | Ongoing Work This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, 7.5T Driver, Category C1 Driver, LGV Driver, Commercial Driver or Multi-Drop Delivery Driver.

Shifts Monday to Friday days: 6:00am – 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday days: 6:00am – 10:00pm Monday to Sunday nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am Day and night shifts available Rates of Pay £15.00 per hour – day shifts £16.15 per hour – night shifts Weekly pay Benefits As an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will receive: Excellent hourly rates Weekly pay Ongoing work Immediate starts available No heavy lifting involved Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, your duties will include: Safely operating Category C1 vehicles Completing deliveries in line with planned routes and schedules Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks Ensuring all loads are safe and secure before departure Completing deliveries without heavy lifting Following road traffic legislation and transport regulations Communicating effectively with the transport office and customers Reporting vehicle defects or maintenance requirements promptly Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time Essential Skills To be successful as an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will need: Valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card Valid Digital Tachograph Card Minimum six months' Category C1 driving experience No more than six penalty points for minor driving offences No major driving endorsement codes Good spoken and written English Strong understanding of road traffic legislation and vehicle safety Excellent punctuality, time management and communication skills Desirable Experience Previous commercial driving experience Multi-drop delivery experience Customer-facing delivery experience Training Provided • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment Apply If you are an experienced HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver looking for ongoing work in Tamworth , with excellent rates of pay, flexible shift opportunities and no heavy lifting involved, apply today.
