CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Air conditioning and Mechanical maintenance duties Planned and reactive maintenance Extensive building services knowledge Hours of Work & rates up to £28p/h Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm Temporary ongoing role Immediate start Covering Multiple buildings within a complex Requirements AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 F-Gas qualification (Essential) Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Client Facing DBS certificate ( advantageous ) If you are interested or have any further enquiries please apply or email your CV to
