Our well-established national business, with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland, is looking for an Account Executive to join its dynamic team based in Quedgeley. The successful candidate will support existing customer accounts, helping to keep customers happy and support the growth of the business. The role will involve managing account administration, renewals, pricing and billing, as well as working with customers and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
The role requires strong organisational and administrative skills, with good commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing and contracts. You should be able to manage multiple accounts and priorities, communicate clearly with custom ers and internal teams, and have good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage day-to-day commercial and account administration for allocated accounts -Act as the main desk-based contact for customer and contract queries -Maintain accurate customer, contract and pricing information -Support revenue, margin, billing and WIP performance -Assist with renewals, pricing reviews and customer retention -Identify and track upsell and cross-sell opportunities -Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Finance to resolve queries and progress opportunities -Monitor and escalate commercial, contractual or customer risks -Support account reporting, reviews and continuous improvement Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Salary : £30k + plus excellent benefits including: -25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays -Healthcare Cash Plan (Medicash) -Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) -24/7 GP and prescription service -Employee wellness programme -Company pension scheme -Life assurance
