Account Executive

Overview

As an Account Executive supporting the Morrisons account, you enable excellent service and cross-functional collaboration to grow category performance. You will assist National Account Managers by analyzing shopper data, supporting promotions, and delivering timely reporting. The role sits at the intersection of sales, category, and NPD, helping translate insights into actions for customers. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer requirements including shopper journey research, sampling, and benchmarking sessions
• Identify insights on product range and coordinate actions with category and NPD teams and the customer
• Assist in the promotional process for products and activity as directed by the National Account Manager
• Provide category analysis to support customer innovation and category processes
• Validate and check data to ensure alignment (e.g., sales forecast)
• Own and deliver a schedule of reporting to capture business requirements
• Maintain database of knowledge and data relating to the customer

Key requirements

• Ideally a degree level education with a specialism in Food/nutrition Science (or related route/experience)
• Some experience/knowledge of food and the food environment
• Demonstrates analytical skills and is numerate
• Good communication skills
