The role As an Account Manager working across our UK & International practices, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality client programmes across both domestic and global health policy environments.

You will manage day-to-day account activity, lead project delivery and contribute strategic insight to clients navigating complex healthcare and policy challenges. This is a fast-paced and varied role. One week you could be supporting engagement around NHS reform or health system transformation in the UK; the next you may be helping deliver a global advocacy campaign or supporting stakeholder engagement at an international health summit.

You will take increasing ownership of client relationships, manage project workstreams and help develop more junior members of the team. Key responsibilitiesClient delivery & account managementManage the day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high standard across multiple concurrent programmesCoordinate meetings, workshops, events and stakeholder engagement activities across UK and international programmesDrive the development and review of high-quality client materials, including briefings, reports, stakeholder maps, policy analyses, messaging documents and engagement materialsLead specific workstreams within larger client programmes, ensuring delivery aligns with overall strategic objectivesBuild strong working relationships with clients and serve as a trusted day-to-day point of contactPolicy insight & strategic supportKeep abreast of UK and global policy, political and healthcare developments, building strategic expertise to identify implications and opportunities for clients, and translate complex policy developments into clear, actionable recommendationsCoordinate and deliver timely policy intelligence and rapid alerts for internal teams and clientsSupport the development of policy, public affairs and advocacy strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans and narrative developmentBusiness development & growthContribute to new business opportunities through research, insight generation, proposal development and pitch participationIdentify opportunities for organic account growth and make recommendations to senior colleaguesSupport networking and relationship-building activities to generate market intelligence and business opportunitiesTeam & culture contributionContribute to internal initiatives including diversity, equity and inclusion, wellbeing, knowledge sharing and learning programmesAct as a positive role model within the team, supporting a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing cultureDelegate effectively to Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, providing oversight, coaching and quality assuranceTake ownership of your professional development and actively seek opportunities to broaden your expertiseAbout youYou will bring: A passion for health policy, with experience working within a health policy or communications role (ideally within a consultancy, healthcare organisation or related environment)Knowledge of UK and/or international health policy and stakeholder landscapesStrong research, analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendationsExcellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyExperience managing client relationships and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentConfidence working collaboratively across teams and supporting the development of junior colleaguesA proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detailExperience using AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, research and content development would be advantageousDevelopment & progressionWe are committed to helping our people grow as quickly and as far as their ambition takes them.
