Job Description Experienced Accountant / Accounts Senior PracticeA well-regarded accountancy practice in the Scunthorpe area is seeking an Experienced Accountant - Accounts Senior to join its friendly and knowledgeable team.
The role involves preparing accounts and providing a comprehensive accounting and advisory service to a varied portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review statutory and management accountsProduce corporation tax computations and returnsPrepare Self-Assessment tax returnsRespond to client queries and provide clear, practical supportAssist with the development of trainee team members through on-the-job trainingReview trainee work, monitor progress and provide constructive feedbackEnsure work is completed within required timeframes and to a high standardCandidate RequirementsPrevious experience working within an accountancy practice is essentialQualified, part-qualified or qualified by experienceStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsEffective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a supportive teamBenefitsCompetitive salary dependent on experienceOpportunity to join a reputable and established firmPart-time and hybrid working options considered
