Reviewing accounts, tax returns and VAT returns to ensure accuracy and compliance. Supporting clients with financial reporting, business advisory and accounting matters. Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to add value.

Managing workflow, budgets and deadlines across your portfolio. Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing constructive feedback. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues to aid their development. Assisting with fee discussions, engagement planning and resource management.

Working closely with Managers and Partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. What you'll need to succeed ACA, ACCA or CA qualified, or qualified by experience. Proven experience working within an accountancy practice environment.

Experience preparing and reviewing accounts for a varied client portfolio. Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation, corporation tax and VAT.Previous experience reviewing the work of junior team members. Confidence managing client relationships and handling client queries.

Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities to support clients. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
