Accounts Assistant

MCS Group is partnering with a law firm in Belfast City Centre as they seek an Accounts Assistant on a full time, permanent basis. The Company: Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial law firm based in Belfast, with a strong presence across Northern Ireland.

The firm advises a diverse client base across a broad range of legal disciplines, including commercial and civil litigation, healthcare, and employment. The successful candidate will join an established team in a professional and supportive working environment, with opportunities to work on a varied and interesting caseload.

The Rewards: As the successful Accounts Assistant, you will receive: Life Insurance 20 days 13 statutory days Flexibility on start and finish times if required Salary between £30,000-32,000 Regular company events

The Role

Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for: Monitor client and office bank accounts for incoming payments Process client and office receipts and payments Process bills to clients / external parties Input purchase ledger invoices Approve and process staff expenses Any other duties outlined in the job description

The Person
