Advertising Ops Associate

Overview

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of online ad campaigns across WebMD’s websites, apps, and video inventory. You will work with sales, operations, and account teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly, monitor delivery, and optimize performance. You will troubleshoot issues, produce reporting, and help shape new ad products and processes. You contribute to revenue growth while safeguarding privacy and ad integrity. Responsibilities

• Implement ad campaigns across WebMD properties (desktop, mobile, apps, video)
• Monitor campaign delivery and coordinate with clients/vendors to resolve issues
• Optimize campaigns using delivery reports and performance insights
• Provide reporting to sales, account management, and clients
• Troubleshoot ad serving problems and assist production on fixes
• Contribute to development of new products, tools, and processes to increase revenue
• Prioritize delivery schemas based on product/client needs
• Recommend process improvements to protect advertising, privacy, and integrity policies

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in online ad campaigns
• strong numerical and data handling abilities

• initiative in optimizing campaigns and streamlining ops
