The Programme you will be on focuses on is replacing its current platform with a modern, cloud-native digital experience foundation anchored in the Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. Here you will be the Technical authority within Technology Services for the custom Website to Adobe migration, establishing a stable, scalable, secure and supportable global platform.

Key Accountabilities/Outcomes - Milestones and architecture aligned, with a clear technical roadmap & design around o Adobe Experience Manager (AEM): Serving as the core content management and digital experience delivery layer for web and customer portal o Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP / AEP B2B): Used for real-time customer profiling, event ingestion using Experience Data Models (XDM), and unified segmentation. o Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): Planned for customer journey orchestration, messaging, and multi-channel engagement workflows. o Adobe Commerce (Adobe CE): Evaluated alongside headless microservices for transactional and order management capabilities. o Supporting AEP Tooling: Leveraging native testing and operational tooling such as AEP Assurance for event validation and SDK debugging.
