AEP CDP Data Architect

Overview

In this role you will design and govern end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP data architectures to enable real-time activation and accurate customer profiles. You will translate marketing requirements into scalable data blueprints, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide architectural guidance through design reviews. You will shape data models, schemas, and ingestion patterns that support privacy-by-design and compliant data practices. This position offers impact by enabling precise customer journeys and data-driven decision-making at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AEP / RT-CDP data architecture
• Define Adobe XDM schemas, datasets and data flows
• Design batch, streaming and real-time data ingestion patterns
• Lead identity resolution, identity namespaces, stitching and merge policies
• Define customer profile enablement and activation strategies
• Translate business and marketing requirements into AEP data blueprints
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Marketing and Security/Privacy teams
• Provide architectural guidance, design reviews and technical decision-making

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Architect
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
• Strong Adobe Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) experience
• Expertise in XDM / Experience Data Model
• Strong understanding of customer data modelling and event-driven data models
• Experience with APIs, JSON and data transformation
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
• Good understanding of GDPR and Privacy-by-Design
