About the Role The Agent Maestro is responsible fortransformingof operational processes across the Closed Book Pensions business through the adoption of Atos Agentic methodologies and intelligent automation. Refine ? Simplify ? Optimise ? Agentify The Agent Maestro will establish the standards, governance, operating model and execution framework required to transition manual and semi-automated pension administration processes into controlled, compliant, agent-driven services.
Operating within a highly regulated environment, the role will ensure all agentic solutions are designed with governance, risk management, auditability, customer protection and operational resilience embedded from inception.
