Scrum Master – Data & Integration Reading (Hybrid Working) Active SC Clearance Mandatory - DV Preferred Up to £71 p/h Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced security cleared Scrum Master – Data & Integration to support a large scale programme helping to establish and develop its Digital Information & Data capabilities in support of strategic UK defence and aerospace programmes.
Active SC Clearance is essential , with DV clearance preferred, due to the sensitive nature of the programmes and the requirement to work on-site. Experience delivering within MOD, Defence Digital or UK aerospace environments would be highly advantageous.
As Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enabling effective Agile delivery across Digital Information & Data teams. Acting as a servant-leader and Agile coach, you will help multidisciplinary teams deliver incremental business value, optimise delivery processes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Promote and embed Agile principles, values and best practices across delivery teams. Support backlog refinement, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned with business objectives.
Enable effective sprint planning by ensuring scope, dependencies and team capacity are understood. Identify, manage and remove impediments that could impact delivery momentum. Champion continuous improvement, encouraging retrospectives and measurable enhancements to team performance.
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and effective ways of working. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Demonstrable experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting effective sprint delivery. Experience supporting digital, data or integration delivery teams. Proven ability to identify delivery risks,...
