This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients in a nationally recognised Agriculture & Land division, ranked top-tier by leading legal directories. You'll be part of a collaborative and friendly team, handling a diverse caseload that includes: Property disputes (e.g. rights of way, boundaries)Farm partnership disagreementsInheritance conflicts involving agricultural estatesContractual and negligence claimsCandidate
Requirements
At least 2 years PQE, ideally in property or agricultural litigationConfidence managing a varied caseload independentlySharp legal insight and technical expertiseStrong communication and negotiation skillsA client-first mindset and meticulous attention to detailYour base can be Bristol or Bath, with potential flexibility for other regional offices.
