We're supporting a rapidly growing AI practice delivering cutting-edge solutions across highly regulated and security-conscious environments.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with customers, solving real-world problems and building production-grade AI solutions. Rather than operating at a distance, you'll embed closely with client teams, rapidly prototyping, iterating and deploying solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

</br>

You'll combine software engineering, AI and consulting skills to bridge the gap between business problems and technical delivery.

</br>

What You'll Be Doing

</br>

• </br>
• Working directly with clients to understand business objectives and technical challenges.
• </br>
• Designing, building and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• </br>
• Rapidly prototyping and iterating solutions alongside end users.
• </br>
• Translating business requirements into working software and scalable solutions.
• </br>
• Developing applications using modern programming languages and cloud technologies.
• </br>
• Working across the full solution lifecycle from discovery through to deployment and adoption.
• </br>
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• </br>
• Supporting AI, automation and intelligent workflow initiatives.
• </br>
• Contributing reusable assets, frameworks and best practices to improve future delivery.
• </br>
• Providing technical leadership, mentoring and knowledge sharing across teams.
• </br>

What We're Looking For

</br>

• </br>
• Strong software engineering background with hands-on coding experience.
• </br>
• Experience building and shipping production software solutions.
• </br>
• Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud platforms.
• </br>
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud-native development and modern software delivery.
• </br>
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI or Agentic AI technologies.
• </br>
• Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
• </br>
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• </br>
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• </br>
• Experience within regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Government or Critical National Infrastructure would be advantageous.
• </br>
