They're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between technology and business needs - building practical, AI-powered solutions that solve genuine problems and deliver measurable value. This is not a research role.
It's about working directly with teams across the business to understand real challenges, identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and rapidly develop tools, integrations, and applications that make everyday work easier.
What You'll Be DoingDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency and productivityDevelop applications, automations, integrations, and AI-assisted tools that solve real business problemsWork directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutionsIdentify repetitive manual processes and introduce automation opportunitiesIntegrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflowsTest, measure, and continuously improve solution performanceSupport colleagues in adopting AI tools safely and effectivelyEnsure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirementsCollaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive adoption and business valueWhat We're Looking ForExperience developing applications, automations, integrations, or software solutionsKnowledge of AI technologies, large language models, or automation platformsProficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g.
