What they're looking for Proven experience servicing and maintaining commercial air conditioning systems Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills Good working knowledge of VRV/VRF, splits and multi-splits Experience with CRAC units or chillers would be advantageous but isn't essential Good communication skills and a professional approach City & Guilds / NVQ in Refrigeration & AC (preferred) F-Gas qualification (essential) About the company You'll be joining a well-established and highly regarded contractor working across both comfort cooling and mission-critical environments.
