Air Conditioning Engineer

Job Title: AC Installations Work Type: Sub-Contract Payment: Schedule of Rates (SOR) Work: Domestic Properties The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Sub-Contract Air Conditioning Installation Engineers to carry out installations within domestic properties.

Installations will range from single split systems to multi-split systems. Engineers must be confident completing both the AC and electrical aspects of installations from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Installing single and multi-split AC systems in domestic properties.
• Completing all refrigerant pipework, electrical connections and associated installation works.
• Installing trunking, insulation and lagging.
• Testing and commissioning completed systems.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard. Equipment & Materials Provided:
• Air conditioning units.
• Mounting brackets. Engineers to Supply:
• Refrigerant pipework.
• Trunking.
• Consumables and lagging.
• Own tools and equipment. Requirements
• Previous experience installing domestic AC systems.
• Experience with single and multi-split installations.
• Competent in both AC and electrical installation work.
• Relevant F-Gas qualifications.
• Own van and tools.
• Ability to work independently and complete installations to a high standard. Rates & Payment
• Paid on agreed Schedule of Rates (SOR).
