Hoop Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) and the surrounding areas. We have a range of flexible, long-term and full-time opportunities available, with competitive daily rates starting from £92.56.

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities. Helping pupils stay engaged, motivated and focused on their learning.

Supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN/SEN). Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting an inclusive learning environment. Preparing classroom resources and learning materials. Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and other school staff.

Supporting pupils' educational, social and emotional development. Opportunities are available across primary schools, secondary schools and specialist SEN settings. We welcome applications from candidates with experience working in education or with children and young people, including: Teaching Assistants Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) SEN Teaching Assistants Classroom Assistants Nursery Practitioners Youth Workers Sports Coaches Learning Mentors Behaviour Support Workers Graduates considering a career in teaching You will ideally be: Caring, patient and enthusiastic.

A confident communicator. Passionate about supporting children's learning and development. Reliable, adaptable and professional. Able to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential for some opportunities.
