Analyst, Client and Engagement Set-up

Overview

In this role you will support the Client & Engagement Set-up function within QRS Services, ensuring accurate take-on records and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to deliver CES processes, such as Jupiter, Conflict Check, TOP, and WBS code setup, while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

You will apply strong research, analysis, and communication skills to manage stakeholder requests and maintain high-quality control. Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of CES systems and controls (Jupiter, Conflict Check, TOP, SWIFT)
• Deliver CES services including Jupiter opportunity management, conflict check creation, TOP setup and WBS code setup
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the CES portfolio
• Meet personal KPI and SLA targets while delivering high-quality services
• Collaborate with a diverse team and engage with initiatives like CSI, Performance & Development, and Engagement
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and colleagues across the department

Key requirements

• Excellent research and analysis skills with sound judgement and decision-making
• Strong communication abilities to explain requirements to internal customers
• Ability to collaborate across locations and manage workload under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft products; familiarity with AI tools where appropriate
• Experience in professional/financial services, global business services, project support or administrative support is preferred but not essential
