Analyst

Overview

In this role, you will contribute to pricing and funnel analytics for Lendable’s UK Loans products. You will work in a small, high-impact team to develop models and pricing strategies that align with credit risk and underwriting goals. You’ll partner with credit and product teams to translate business problems into data questions and actionable insights. You will own analytical tasks, share results with stakeholders, and help evolve our pricing methodology to drive business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing-related modelling and funnel analytics for UK Loans
• Collaborate with credit and product teams to translate business problems into data questions
• Develop and refine pricing strategies and underwriting-aligned models
• Communicate results clearly to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Mentor and collaborate with teammates to build domain knowledge and technical expertise
• Identify and propose improvements to pricing methodologies based on data insights

Key requirements

• Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• SQL
• Theoretical understanding of core ML techniques and statistics
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with large datasets
• Confident communicator and effective team player
• Self-driven and ownership-minded
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical/analytical role
• Exposure to credit risk or financial datasets (nice to have)
• Experience with pricing modelling (nice to have)
• Interest in Data Engineering (nice to have)
• Strong communication
• Self-motivated and proactive
