JOB PURPOSEThe Analytics Engineer is responsible for delivering enterprise dashboards, operational reports, KPI views and business visualisations. This role translates business requirements and data product definitions into accurate, well-designed and maintainable reporting solutions.

It is expected to apply strong visual design judgement, sound reporting engineering practices and clear documentation standards to ensure outputs are intuitive, performant, secure and reusable. The role works across prioritised data demand agreed through Enterprise Data planning, contributing to cross-functional delivery activity where visualisation and reporting expertise is required.

The role also contributes to reusable reporting components, certified datasets, standard dashboard templates and self-serve analytics foundations, helping business users access trusted data and insight consistently. ACCOUNTABILITY BOUNDARIES & KEY INTERFACESAccountable for the design, build, testing support, documentation and maintenance of assigned reports, dashboards and visualisation outputs.

Not accountable for setting enterprise reporting standards, owning the reporting roadmap or approving final release decisions.
