Application Support Engineer / Consultant

Overview You will act as a technical advisor to leading energy trading firms, delivering high-level technical support and seamless integrations. In collaboration with Product and Engineering, you will drive platform reliability, performance, and continuous improvements.

You'll handle complex issues, onboarding, and training, shaping product direction with customer insights. The role sits at the crossroads of technology, trading and customer success, with opportunities to influence pre-sales and implementation planning.
